CRONOMETRO from ROCKET ESPRESSO it’s an upgrade, it retains all of the features of the APPARTAMENTO while adding a few integral upgrades into the mix. For instance, like the APPARTAMENTO, the CRONOMETRO R is a heat exchange machine; but featuring a PID temperature controller, shot timer, near silent rotary pump, and thoughtfully redesigned E61 group with integrated pre-infusion. Additionally you can plumb it directly into a water line for even easier operation.
Commercial rotary pump:
The CRONOMETRO R is equipped with a professional grade rotary pump ( R) , one of the most quiet one. It allows users to adjust pressure with an external control while viewing the dedicated pressure gauge.
Direct water line connection:
With a dedicated switch control, you can alternate between using the 2.5 liter reservoir or plumbing the CRONOMETRO directly into the water line
