You will always find accurate data about the farm, the beans, the harvest year, and precise score printed on our bags.

Seasonality:
The Collection follows the seasons and we strive, as well as pay a premium price, to have fresh green coffee arrivals throughout the year in our roastery. This is because as months go by the flavors fade, and the green coffee loses its unique characteristics, becoming more and more ordinary, sometimes in less than 6 months. If your favorite coffee is no longer in season, or the micro-lot we sourced is finished, there is always something new to look forward to and enjoy.

Short story:
Since 2016 the Collection is a collaboration with the MADISON – absolute beauty team of fragrance experts. Together we cup, debate, and select the best quality specialty coffee. We sample and test hundreds of coffee crops per season in search of compelling, new, excellent coffees, and then roast them only in small batches to highlight these flavors.
